I am a T-Shaped UI/UX designer paired with marketing experience.
I create thoughtful experiences with the combination of design, business and marketing. I’m skilled in designing digital products with an iterative and data-driven approach. I enjoy communicating with development and marketing teams to solve more technical and brand awareness issues.

I am passionate about working on projects that have a positive impact on the surrounding society and the environment. On a team level, I strive to work with people who have different backgrounds, because I genuinely believe that diverse teams produce the best solutions.

After graduating from advertising college, I wanted to develop my career in digital marketing. I was particularly interested in topics related to targeting, creation of promotional content, SMM, SEO and building or improving brand awareness in general.

In 2018, I joined Fintegra company as a marketing manager. Main scope of my work included building entire visual brand identity. launching targeting campaigns across different channels and develop company's websites using no-code platforms.

Over time, I started to realise that it is crucial to improve the product itself to achieve better marketing performance because it is not enough just to experiment with ads creatives and marketing channels. From this moment, I got interested in learning UX design. To advance my knowledge in UX and IT in general, I joined Business IT degree program in Haaga-Helia University. During my studies I studied how to conduct user research and usability testing, design user flows and wireframes and implement all that knowledge in real life projects at my work. I helped Fintegra to grow and become the largest immigration company in Finland so now it is recommended by Business Finland as a private service providers.
I had pleasure of working with Tim on Finconsult project for Fintegra. His ability to deeply analyse and systemise needs of the users helped us to bring the best UX practices for the newly designed website. He is also a very collaborative person and his delightful personality brings a great atmosphere to the team. I am willing to work with Tim on other projects in the future.

During this period he has worked for various projects to support employees from our marketing department. For this he has done research, created various graphical products, elaborated information and demonstrated his creativity by thinking along.

In the cases Tim did, he showed that he can work independently, show initiative, think along and be creative in various situations. In addition to these good qualities, Tim has a good mentality.
As a person we have experienced him as pleasant. he has good social and communication skills.
